James Gallagher



James is an associate in our Public and Regulatory Department and advises regulatory bodies in relation to all aspects of their practice and procedure. Previously, James practised as a barrister for a number of years and has gained experience advising in a wide variety of civil law matters, as well as the presentation of cases before various courts and statutory bodies. As an experienced litigator and advocate, James prepares cases for hearing before professional conduct committees of regulatory bodies and the High Court.
