Eimear is a partner in our Public and Regulatory Department and is a recognised expert in this area of law. Eimear advises multiple statutory bodies, across a wide range of disciplines. She is experienced in providing legally robust and practical advices to statutory bodies, having particular regard to the factors arising in each case and the various stakeholder interests.

Eimear is a skilled advocate and regularly presents oral hearings and makes oral applications before professional conduct committees as well as the High Court.

Eimear also manages a team of solicitors who investigate and prepare statutory inquires for oral hearing.

An accomplished speaker, Eimear is regularly invited to speak at conferences, workshops and seminars and she is a co-author of the legal text book “Disciplinary Procedures in the Statutory Professions.”


Eimear’s experience includes:

  • Preparation of audits and reports in respect of the implementation of new legislation by statutory bodies.
